Is your property website blocking renters who use AI?

Renters now ask ChatGPT where to live and send AI agents to shop for them. If AI can’t read your site, it recommends someone else.

Renters now arrive from search, ads, listing sites, AI assistants, and the agents acting for them. Each platform reports its own numbers. None of them tells you which one filled the unit.

Renters are sending AI agents to shop for them.

Muse, dots, and Grok Bot open websites in their own browser and act for the renter. Pick one and watch it use a site we built.

A renter sees your photos. An AI agent needs your facts.

Same property, two readers. A site that only speaks to the first is invisible to the second, and the second is the one comparing you with every property nearby.

This shift is happening now. It will not wait for an agency.

With an agency

Weeks of emails for one site. Months for a portfolio.

With your PMS website

A template built for renters, updated on the vendor’s schedule.

With Multisites

About an hour per site. Your team keeps it current by clicking what should change.

Anything else, email us. A person answers.

What are the five audiences?

Every property website is read by five kinds of visitors: renters, search engines like Google, the ad platforms that grade your landing pages, AI answer engines like ChatGPT, and AI agents that shop for renters. Most property websites were built for the first one only.

What is an AI answer engine, and why does it matter?

It is the assistant a renter asks, “where should I live?” It answers with a short list and cites its sources. It picks properties whose facts it can read and trust: pricing, floor plans, amenities, location. If your site gives it nothing structured to read, it recommends a property that does.

What is an AI agent?

Software that shops on a renter’s behalf, like Meta’s Muse, OpenAI’s dots, and xAI’s Grok Bot. Each one opens websites in its own browser. It reads listings, compares prices, and can request a tour. It reads data, not photos. Every site we build publishes that data in the formats agents look for.

Why not hire an agency?

An agency rebuilds one site at a time, over weeks of emails and revisions. We rebuild a property website in about an hour, and your team keeps it current by clicking what should change. Across a portfolio, that is the difference between months and days.

My PMS already gives me a website. Why not use that?

A PMS website is a template, updated on the vendor’s schedule. It was built for renters. We rebuild for all five audiences and keep what you rely on: your tour form, call tracking, and leasing widget carry over.

Do you work with our systems?

Yes. We work alongside Yardi RentCafe, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, ResMan, and Buildium. We check each form, scheduling tool, and call tracking number on your private preview before anything goes live. Deeper PMS integrations depend on the provider.

How fast is it?

About an hour to rebuild a property website from the one you have. You review it on a private preview, and it goes live on your domain after you approve it.

What does it cost?

A monthly plan per property, with a volume discount from 11 properties and portfolio pricing from 100. See the pricing page and get a quote for your properties.
