Effective September 17, 2026. Multisites is operated by Outperform Ventures Studio. This policy covers multisites.ai and its public website scanner. A separate agreement may govern information processed for a customer’s property website or workspace.
Information you provide
When you request a scan, we receive the website address you submit. When you open a report or request an assessment, we collect your email address and the website associated with your request. We also keep the request time, report identifier, and the type of request you made. If you contact us, we receive the information in that conversation.
The scanner reads publicly accessible pages, metadata, images, and technical responses from the submitted website. Do not submit private URLs, credentials, resident records, or other confidential information.
How we use it
We use this information to run and deliver your report, answer your questions, discuss improvements to your website, operate our services, and prevent abuse. Requesting a report does not enroll you in an automated marketing newsletter. You can ask us to stop commercial follow-up by replying to an email or contacting us below.
Reports and sharing
Reports contain a snapshot of the website and its measured checks. A report’s unique link can be opened by anyone who has it. Only share it with people you want to see the report. The public report does not display the email address you provided.
Analytics and advertising tools
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure actions such as successful report requests. These services can receive browser and device information, IP addresses, page addresses, referrers, and interaction events, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not include the email you submit in our lead-conversion events.
Learn about Google’s use of information from partner sites and Meta’s privacy practices. You can use your browser’s privacy controls and Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Blocking optional tracking does not prevent you from running a scan.
We also use PostHog to measure the scan and report-delivery process. Our explicit events include random session identifiers, scan/request identifiers, page categories, scores, and delivery status. These events do not include your email, form contents, submitted website address, or page query string. PostHog also receives the network IP address needed to handle a direct browser request. We disable location enrichment for these events. Session replay and automatic interaction recording are disabled. Our PostHog browser events respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals; essential server events still measure whether requested scans and emails complete.
Service providers and access
Our team and service providers process information needed to operate Multisites. This includes Fly.io for application hosting, our PostgreSQL database infrastructure for scans and requests, Resend for report and notification delivery, and Google Workspace for team email. Keith and Chase receive new scan requests so they can help with your website. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
Completed scan results and downloadable report copies are retained for 30 days. Your email contains the report’s expiration date. Download a PDF if you want to keep a copy beyond that period.
Contact records, correspondence, and delivery records are stored separately from scan results. They are not automatically deleted when a report expires. We retain them to handle your request, maintain our business relationship, and meet operational or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific record. Copies you or another recipient download or forward are outside our control.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.
Email chase@multisites.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required.
