Effective September 17, 2026. These terms apply to multisites.ai and its public scanner, operated by Outperform Ventures Studio (“Multisites,” “we,” or “us”). By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the scanner.
What the report measures
The AI Visibility Report examines technical signals on a bounded sample of publicly accessible pages. It is a snapshot of what the scanner could measure at that time. Page limits, timeouts, site restrictions, and changes to a website can affect the result. Unmeasured checks are not proof that a website passed or failed them.
A score is not a guarantee of search rankings, AI mentions, advertising performance, accessibility compliance, security, tours, leases, or occupancy. The security section is an automated review of selected public signals, not a penetration test or security certification. Review the evidence and verify recommendations before making changes.
Permitted use
Use the scanner for legitimate business evaluation. Submit only publicly accessible website addresses that you own, manage, or have permission to assess. You must have authority to provide any information you submit and must comply with applicable law and the rights of others.
Do not submit credentials or private data, attempt to reach internal networks, bypass limits or access controls, disrupt other websites, send abusive requests, or use our services to deliver unsolicited messages. We may restrict requests or suspend access to protect the service and others.
Your report and contact details
You may share your report and download a PDF for your business use. A report link is accessible to anyone who has it; it is not a private account document. Reports expire after the retention period described in our Privacy policy. Keep a downloaded copy if you need a lasting record.
When you provide your email, you request your report and allow our team to follow up about the website you submitted. You can ask us to stop commercial follow-up at any time. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Website services and pricing
A scan or assessment does not purchase a website service or authorize changes to your website. Pricing, deliverables, approvals, fees, support, and any service commitments are set out in a separate written agreement. Contact us for pricing.
Content and third-party services
Multisites branding, software, and website content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party website content remains the property of its respective owners. Our reports and links do not transfer rights to that content or imply an endorsement by those owners.
Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms. We cannot control their availability or the accuracy of their content.
Availability and responsibility
The public scanner is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or complete or error-free findings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for this free public service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
You are responsible for decisions and changes you make based on a report. Paid customer agreements may provide additional commitments and control if they conflict with these public-scanner terms.
